Handle clients inquiries and booking to company standard operating standards
Liaise with clients, vendors, oversea agents and internal colleagues for shipment arrangement
Prepare necessary documentation such as AWB, billings, permit declaration, pre-alert and etc
Reporting to Operation Manager
Any other duties assigned

Requirements & Other details:

Working location: Changi Airfreight Centre
Minimum GCE 'O' Level
Good working attitude
Customer oriented
Able to work under pressure and fast pace environment
No experience required, related experience will be an added advantage
Able to start work immediately will be added advantage
