The Opportunity:

3. Location: Central | 5 days work week

Our client helps companies create happy and productive work environments by offering a one-stop solution for all workspace management needs, including outsourced cleaning services. They are seeking an Operations Executive to oversee their company's operations and assist with deployment for their team of cleaners.

The Job:

• Handling manpower deployment
• Work closely with cleaning supervisors and clients to ensure the delivery of high-quality service
• Conduct audits and site visits to client job sites to ensure accountability
• Oversee inventory, equipment, and maintenance schedules across multiple job sites
• Collaborate with account managers to address operational gaps and handle ad hoc requests.

The Talent:

• Admin experience - tech savvy (mobile app, basic excel, outlook)
• Driven and proactive
• 2 years of operations experience in facilities industries
• Class 3 license will be advantageous (company van provided)
