Infitnity Fitness is looking for a meticulous, tech-savvy, and proactive Operations Executive to join
our leadership team. This role is designed for someone who thrives on structure and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Systems & Scheduling: Manage the studio’s daily class rosters and booking platform.
- Operational Integrity: Help ensure accuracy in backend data and trainer payroll verification.
- Problem Solver: Serve as the go-to for resolving scheduling conflicts and technical fixes.
- Event & Logistics Support: Provide hands-on assistance for studio events and sponsorships.
- Facility Standards: Coordinate with vendors to keep the studio environment "stage-ready" for members.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1–3 years in operations, administration, or fitness/hospitality management.
- Technical Proficiency: High comfort level with studio management software (Rezerve experience is a major plus) and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Organizational Prowess: Ability to balance the "70/30" split, ensuring daily routine tasks are flawless while remaining flexible for miscellaneous business needs.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills; able to translate business updates into clear instructions for the trainer team.
- Detail Orientation: A "zero-mistake" mindset regarding scheduling and financial data verification.
