Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct sales activities with the aim of maximizing sell-through results through effective upselling and cross-selling.
- Maintain a proactive and customer-centric approach, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service.
- Uphold the company's policies regarding the appearance and maintenance of the store counter.
- Cultivate customer loyalty and strong relationships with the brand.
- Assume responsibility for store inventories.
Requirements:
- We welcome candidates with a minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a retail environment or a similar role.
- Genuine passion for the retail industry with strong communication and customer handling skills.
- Excellent team player with a pleasant personality, a service-oriented mindset, and a positive attitude towards acquiring new skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Willingness to commit to retail shifts (10am - 10pm) five days a week, including weekends & PH.
- Willingness to travel to multiple sites for work, including Serangoon & Jurong East.
- Singaporeans only.
