Procurement Manager - Jurong West

We are seeking a Procurement Manager to oversee the full spectrum of procurement, logistics, and store management. This role requires strong leadership, strategic sourcing, vendor management, and operational excellence to support the company’s projects and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end purchasing: sourcing, supplier evaluation, negotiation, and PO issuance.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and statutory requirements.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, ensuring quality, cost savings, and timely delivery.
• Proactively source new suppliers and negotiate competitive terms and services.

• Oversee and plan all logistics operations, including workforce transportation and material movement.
• Optimize logistics operations to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize delays.
• Manage vendor contracts for logistics services and evaluate service providers’ performance.
• Resolve logistics issues quickly to minimize disruptions to projects and operations.
• Drive continuous improvement in transport efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and service quality.

• Lead warehouse/store operations, ensuring proper stock levels and inventory accuracy.
• Monitor material requisitions (MR), stock issuance, and overall inventory movement.
• Implement effective inventory control practices to reduce wastage and discrepancies.
• Ensure proper documentation, record-keeping, and timely reporting of stock status.

• Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Preferably with strong experience in procurement, logistics, and store/inventory management.
• At least 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and leadership skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in engineering, construction, or oil & gas industries will be an advantage.
