Executive Senior Engineer (Fire Safety Engineering)

This full-time Executive Senior Engineer (Fire Safety / Fire Protection Engineering) role at Ignesis is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the company's building services engineering projects. As a key member of the team, you will play a strategic role in providing fire safety engineering expertise to ensure the safety and compliance of building designs.

1. Conduct fire safety risk assessments and develop fire safety strategies for building projects
2. Design, review and coordinate fire protection systems such as sprinklers, hydrants, detection systems
3. Prepare detailed technical reports to support fire engineering analyses, including CFD and evacuation modelling
4. Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate fire safety solutions into building designs
5. Providing technical support and advice to clients throughout the project lifecycle

1. Bachelor's degree in Fire Safety Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in building services engineering, preferably in fire safety engineering or fire protection design
3. Knowledge of relevant codes and standards such as Singapore Fire Code and NFPA
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and multidisciplinary teams
5. Proficiency in using engineering software, such as CAD and fire modelling tools
