Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and distribution.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation of stock movements and reporting.
- Collaborate with production control and procurement teams for effective material flow.
- Lead initiatives to enhance warehouse resilience and implement Business Continuity Planning (BCP) strategies.
- Promote safety by ensuring compliance with Environment, Safety, and Health (ESH) standards.
- Establish and maintain environmental controls such as monitoring temperature and humidity levels.
- Utilize Digital Transformation (DX) tools to optimize workflows and facilitate data-driven decisions.
- Support project management efforts related to warehouse upgrades and process enhancements.
- Assist in audits, process evaluations, and continuous improvement projects.
- Provide supervision and training to warehouse staff as necessary.
Requirements:
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field; diploma holders with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in warehouse or logistics roles.
- Knowledgeable in warehouse management systems and proficiency in data analysis for actionable insights.
- Familiarity with digital transformation tools, such as Power BI and IoT sensors, to improve operational efficiency.
- Understanding of BCP frameworks, ESH regulations, and environmental control systems.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Capable of working independently and leading cross-functional projects.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, solution-focused approach.
