Job Scope (General):
- Support day-to-day clinic or department operations
- Handle calls, emails, and patient inquiries
- Assist healthcare professionals (nurses, doctors, pharmacists, etc.)
- Manage simple admin and clerical duties
- Relay important information to the right departments
- Perform tasks specific to the assigned role
Requirements:
- GCE N / O / A Level, Nitec, Higher Nitec, Diploma, or Degree
- No prior experience needed – just a positive attitude and willingness to learn!
