Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting by sanding, masking, and priming as required

• Mix and match paint colors to achieve the correct shade, using computerized systems or manual methods
• Apply primer, basecoat, and topcoat using spray guns in a controlled spray booth
• Perform touch-ups and refinishing to remove defects such as runs, sags, or overspray
• Carry out spray painting and polishing works in accordance with Company’s SOP
• Maintain tools, equipment, and spray booth cleanliness in compliance with safety and environmental regulations
• Maintain consistent high quality of work performance
• Other related duties assigned by superior

• Minimum 1-2 years of working experience as an Automotive Painter
• Team player with good communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to mix and match paint colors accurately
• Ability to perform precise work that requires attention to details
