• Role Overview

Goalsetterz Recruitment is seeking experienced Freelance Recruiters to support talent acquisition for clients across Singapore and Malaysia markets in IT, Banking & Finance, Healthcare, Oil & Gas, Engineering, and Semiconductor industries.

• Key Responsibilities
• Source and identify qualified candidates through job portals, databases, and professional networks
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
• Submit shortlisted candidates aligned with client requirements
• Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and clients
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for ongoing hiring needs
• Demonstrate understanding of technical and industry-specific roles
• Maintain timely communication and professional representation of the company
• Requirements
• Valid CEI Certification (Singapore) (mandatory for Singapore roles)
• Proven recruitment experience (agency or freelance preferred)
• Exposure to hiring in Singapore and/or Malaysia markets
• Experience in Oil & Gas, Engineering, Semiconductor, IT, or Healthcare sectors
• Strong sourcing, screening, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet submission timelines
• Access to job portals, sourcing tools, and professional networks
• Compensation
• 100% Commission-based
• Payment upon successful placement of candidates
• Commission structure to be discussed and agreed individually
