Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and people-oriented Wedding Sales Consultant to join our growing team. You’ll be the face of our brand—connecting with couples, understanding their vision, and guiding them through our décor packages and services to help bring their dream wedding to life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and consult with wedding couples to understand their needs, preferences, and budget.
  • Present and recommend suitable decoration concepts and packages aligned with their cultural and aesthetic preferences.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and bookings.
  • Work closely with our design and operations teams to ensure smooth planning and execution.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, maintaining communication throughout the sales process.
  • Attend wedding fairs, events, or client meetings (including weekends, if necessary).
  • Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales, customer service, or event-related roles preferred (wedding industry experience is a big plus).
  • Warm, personable, and confident in speaking with clients.
  • Fluent in English; ability to speak Mandarin and/or Malay is a strong advantage (to cater to Chinese and Malay clientele).
  • Passionate about weddings, culture, and event aesthetics.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple clients at once.
  • Team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends when required.

Nice to Have:

  • Background in event planning, interior/floral design, or hospitality.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or sales tracking tools.
  • Understanding of Chinese/Malay wedding customs and traditions.
