About Us

We’re a small but growing company looking for a creative and hands-on Marketing Content Creator to join our team. If you enjoy being behind (and sometimes in front of) the camera, staying on top of social trends, and bringing content ideas to life across platforms, this is the perfect role for you.

What You’ll Do

Plan, create, and publish engaging content for social media, website, and email
Research and compile social trends, competitor content, and best-in-class creative ideas
Develop storyboards, shot lists, and pre-production materials for video and photo shoots
Capture and edit original video content (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
Handle all stages of video production: filming, editing, sound design, and color correction
Design and define branded content templates (e.g., IG Stories, post formats)
Take an active, on-camera role in videos when needed—hosting, participating in trends, and bringing personality to the brand
Help manage the day-to-day running of social channels (posting, scheduling, community engagement)
Monitor performance metrics and suggest content improvements based on data

What We’re Looking For

1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing
Strong writing, communication, and visual storytelling skills
Comfortable with video editing tools like CapCut, VN, or Adobe Premiere
Experience with mobile filming and videography techniques
Familiar with platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
Able to work independently and manage projects from concept to execution
Creative, trend-aware, and confident on camera

Working Hours & Location

Full-time, Monday to Friday
On-site role at Oxley Bizhub (Ubi area)
