Responsibilities
Reporting to the Legal Director, you will provide advice to support the business operations and growth while minimising risk to the organisation. This includes the drafting and negotiation of a wide range of commercial contracts to and advising on other areas including but not limited to intellectual property, data privacy.
Requirements
You are a Singapore qualified lawyer with at least 4 years’ experience gained in a reputable law firm and/or in an inhouse capacity. You have experience in managing corporate and commercial matters and a keen interest in intellectual property or data privacy.You are adaptable, flexible, hungry to learn and thrive in a collaborative and collegiate team environment. A confident individual, you are meticulous, detailed and possess excellent interpersonal skills to partner with a wide range of stakeholders.
