Procurement Specialist/Manager (Up to $8,500 per month)

With continued investment in technology and digital capability, the business is expanding its procurement function to support both technical engineering requirements and enterprise IT systems.
Your new role
As a Procurement Specialist / Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for end‑to‑end procurement activities across engineering-related spend as well as IT and software categories. Working closely with engineering, IT, finance and key stakeholders, you will manage sourcing strategies, vendor negotiations and contract lifecycle management to ensure value, compliance and continuity of supply.
Depending on experience, this role can be positioned at either specialist or managerial level and may include team oversight, category ownership and process improvement initiatives. This is a hands‑on role with the opportunity to influence procurement strategy in a technically complex environment.
What you'll need to succeed- 4-9 years of relevant procurement experience, ideally within engineering, construction, industrial, or infrastructure environments
- Proven exposure to IT and software procurement, including licensing, SaaS, maintenance agreements and vendor management
- A technical or engineering background (degree or equivalent experience) is highly advantageous
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills, with experience working across cross‑functional teams
- Familiarity with procurement processes, contract management and compliance frameworks
- Ability to operate independently while contributing to broader procurement transformation initiatives
