Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Junior Public Relations (PR) Executive to join our growing team at Insider Communications Pte Ltd, a boutique PR and brand consultancy specialising in lifestyle, fashion, beauty, F&B, luxury, and travel clients.

The ideal candidate is passionate about communications, media engagement, and storytelling, with a strong understanding of Singapore’s media and influencer landscape. You will play an integral role in supporting strategic PR campaigns and driving brand visibility for our clients across traditional and digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the conceptualisation and execution of integrated PR and brand communication strategies.
• Develop and distribute press releases, media kits, and brand materials to key media outlets.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with journalists, influencers, and media partners.
• Coordinate and manage client events, media previews, and brand activations.
• Monitor media coverage and prepare post-campaign reports and insights.
• Support senior team members in client servicing, campaign planning, and strategiccommunication initiatives.
• Contribute creative ideas and stay ahead of industry trends, emerging media platforms, and consumer engagement strategies.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in PR, communications, or marketing (agency experience preferred).
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a flair for client and media relations.
• Resourceful, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in digital and social media platforms is an advantage.
• A passion for lifestyle, fashion, and luxury industries is a plus.
