As a Research Fellow (Healthcare), you will be responsible for the following duties:

Effectively lead projects from initiation through to final delivery.
Design and develop research study protocols.
Create statistical analysis plans and perform data analysis.
Ensure studies adhere to ethical standards and comply with local regulations.
Guide and oversee both quantitative and qualitative research analyses.
Contribute to writing scientific manuscripts and sharing research outcomes.
Prepare and submit proposals for new research funding opportunities.
Carry out comprehensive literature reviews, including systematic ones.
Provide mentorship and support to junior team members.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals and partners to facilitate research initiatives.

Requirements

PH.D. in Public Health or Health Services Research
Proven track record in clinical/public health/health services research, with outstanding management abilities and a demonstrated track record of leadership.
Minimum 2 years’ relevant experiences
Proficient in use of standard statistical or qualitative software e.g. STATA, SPSS, NVivo.
