Senior HR Executive

We’re looking for a hands-on, resourceful HR Executive who’s excited to dive into both HR operations and people culture. You’ll have guidance and mentorship, but also the independence to own processes, solve problems, and drive initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

What you will be doing
  • Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including manpower planning, recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, payroll, performance management, employee relations, and HR administration.
  • Oversee both strategic and operational HR matters, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and business direction.
  • Work directly with department heads to plan and support performance, growth and people development across the company.
  • Manage recruitment from end to end. From attracting the right candidates to onboarding them effectively.
  • Handle leave management, employee documentation and work pass applications / renewals.
  • Handle employee disciplinary issues and grievances to ensure they are resolved fairly, professionally, and in alignment with company direction and government regulations
  • Preparation of employment documents such as appointment letters, contracts, confirmations, promotions, terminations, resignations, retirements, and retrenchments.
  • Implement and continuously improve HR policies and processes to reflect industry best practices and drive efficiency.
  • Take full responsibility for payroll management, including data verification, vetting, and approval prior to submission for processing.
  • Manage employee grievances, conduct disciplinary actions, and maintain positive employee relations.
  • Plan and arrange for staff trainings.
  • To ensure that the dormitory operator comply with the statutory regulations.
  • To conduct regular checks on foreign workers at their registered addresses.
What we are looking for
  • 2–5 years of HR experience (generalist, coordinator, or equivalent).
  • Familiar with Singapore HR practices and MOM requirements.
  • Resourceful, detail-oriented, and independent — with the confidence to seek guidance when needed.
  • Strong supervisory, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Great communicator who enjoys working with people at all levels.
  • Excited to grow your career in HR and step up into a senior role in the future.
