Designation: Assistant Manager - Regional Sales

Job Responsibility

• Fully manage the regional sales portfolio for Singapore storage services to ensure

• Coordinate offers and provide sales support to regional offices and agents representing

• Roll out and implement new products and services across regional markets with

Singapore presence

Identify and open new regional markets for agent representation or distribution of Cordlife’s services

• Develop and close local B2B accounts, including partnerships with different industry
• Build long-term relationships and drive sustainable business from the local market
• Manage and drive contract renewals for existing clients

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Minimum 5 years of sales or business development experience, with at least 4 years in a healthcare-related field preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset and the ability to build lasting partnerships.
• Strong ability to engage with stakeholders, close deals, and manage renewals or escalations.
• Ability to prepare compelling proposals and deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
• Works well across teams and departments, particularly with marketing, customer service, and finance.
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and commitment to achieving sales KPIs.
