Construction Site Manager (A1 Construction)

Our client is seeking a Site Manager (A1 Construction) to join their team!

About Our Client

Our client is a reputable A1 construction company in Singapore, specializing in diverse construction projects including commercial, healthcare, and educational facilities.

• Coordinate On-Site: Manage all on-site activities, ensuring smooth operations and collaboration among contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Plan and Monitor: Develop project plans, schedules, and monitor progress to meet targets, making adjustments as needed to stay on track.
• Independently Manage: Take charge of construction activities, ensuring they align with project goals and quality standards.
• Lead the Team: Supervise and motivate the project team to achieve project objectives within the stipulated timeframe and budget.
• Resolve Issues: Address and resolve design-related issues during construction to maintain project momentum.
• Ensure Quality and Safety: Oversee work quality and enforce health and safety standards on site, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met and relationships are maintained.
• Manage Risks: Identify and manage project risks to ensure successful project delivery.
• Assist Project Manager: Support the Project Manager with site coordination and other tasks as required.

• Educational background: Minimum of a Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent field.
• Relevant experience: At least 8 years of construction site manager experience, with 5 minimum 5 years project management or site management experience in A&A projects.

Other Information:

• Working Hours: Mon - Sat, 8.00am to 5.00pm (Actual working hour will be subjected to individual project requirement)
• Working Location: Island wide depends on project
• Salary: $6000 - $7500
