Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the assembly, preparation, and packing of thermal packaging components.
- Operate basic manufacturing machinery, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Conduct visual inspections and simple quality control checks on finished products.
- Support material handling, labelling, and inventory activities as required.
- Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain accurate production records.
- Ensure the production area is clean, organized, and compliant with workplace safety and environmental standards.
- Assist the Production Supervisor and senior technicians in daily operations and process improvements.
Qualifications and Skills
Education:
- NITEC / Higher NITEC in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, or related fields.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant work experience are welcome to apply.
Skills & Competencies:
- Basic knowledge of production or assembly processes.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Positive working attitude, willingness to learn, and team-oriented mindset.
- Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on tasks.
- Good communication skills in English; ability to work in a multicultural team environment.
- 5 day work week (Monday to Friday)
