Regional Graphic Designer

Duration: 1 Year Contract (with completion bonus and subject to renewal)

Job Description:

• Create compelling visual content for e-commerce platforms (PDP, A+ contents, ad. assets etc.)
• Develop creative assets for social media (static posts, animations, stories, etc.)
• Design materials for offline marketing, including in-store POSM, posters, flyers, and signage etc.
• Ensure all designs align with global brand guidelines while adapting to local market needs
• Collaborate closely with country teams to understand market-specific requirements and cultural nuances
• Work with marketing, trade, digital, and commercial teams across the APeC region
• Support APEC leaders and team members with ad hoc design requests and special projects
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Organize and maintain a regional asset library for easy access and reuse
• Cross Market Support: SEA (Primary) | ANZ/JP/KR/IN (Secondary)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
• 5+ years of relevant experience in graphic design, preferably in a regional or multi-market role
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a plus)
• Experience designing for e-commerce and social media platforms
• Strong understanding of both digital and print design best practices
• Ability to interpret brand guidelines and apply them creatively across markets
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a cross-functional and multicultural environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
• Fluent in English; knowledge of an additional language (Japanese, Korean) is a plus to handle with client from other APAC countries
