Role Summary
As a Retail Executive (Front of House), you are the heart of our customer experience. You’ll be the first face customers see, helping them discover our range of cakes and desserts that are free from common allergens, while providing heartfelt service and support.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and serve walk-in and online customers warmly and professionally
- Guide customers through our allergy-friendly offerings and answer product queries
- Handle point-of-sale operations, order processing, and cash handling
- Manage cake collection schedules and ensure accurate handovers
- Coordinate with kitchen and logistics teams for order fulfilment
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the retail area in accordance with food safety standards
- Receive and manage stock and supplies (including checking expiry dates)
- Upsell seasonal promotions and encourage customer feedback
- Support marketing and event activities when needed
- Passionate about health, wellness, and inclusive food
- Friendly, service-oriented, and professional in appearance and communication
- Able to handle fast-paced retail environment
- Good spoken English (Mandarin, Malay or other languages a bonus)
- Prior F&B or retail experience preferred but not essential (training provided)
- Comfortable working weekends and public holidays on a rotating schedule
- Basic knowledge of allergies or dietary restrictions is a plus
- Having food handler certification is a plus
