Responsibilities

Training and managing spa receptionist and attendant teams and make sure the spa is open and close properly each day accordingly to Oasia Spa brand standards
Implementing standard operating procedures and policies
Checks daily bookings and assists with the setup of daily operations of the spa reception according to Oasia Spa standards.
Address guests’ complaints with empathy, and courtesy, always finding a resolution that guest feels is satisfactory. Never allow a guest to leave unsatisfied.
Monitoring daily sales activities and maximizing the sales of services and retail products.
Maintain high level of services.
Coordinate ongoing educational training programs.
Attends meetings and supervises reservations and bookings during Spa Director’s absence.
Assist in emergency situations.
Assist with professional and retail product inventory.
Actively promote the spa, treatments, services, sessions and retail, as well as programs, promotions and/or discounts available.
Communicate to Spa Director any and all occurrences involving staff or guests in the spa that require attention.
Studies and evaluates operations and procedures and suggests improvements to Spa Director.

Requirements

Relevant certification in Spa Services
At least 2-3 year of relevant experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Willing to work shift hours including weekends, and public holidays
