Ensure that all security and fire safety duties are performed and maintained in accordance with standard regulations.
- Ensure the safety and security of all assets, including guests, staff members, and their properties.
- Conduct preliminary investigation and report in writing regarding the incident occurring during the course of duty.
- Respond immediately to guests' and staff members' requests for security and fire safety assistance.
- Monitor the CCTV at FCC.
- Be familiar with all the Security and Fire Safety emergency procedures for the building.
- Responsible for the FCC and ensuring that no irregularities take place, including CCTV, car park computers, fire alarm monitoring panel, lifts supervisory panel, emergency intercom, PA paging system, etc.
- Be vigilant and take proper measures against suspicious individuals and guests displaying inappropriate behaviour.
- Ensure no mischief/vandalism, or disturbances on company properties.
- Monitor contractors within the building. Examine their credentials and ensure they have been issued a visitor pass before entering the premises.
- Such other tasks and responsibilities as may reasonably be required for the needs of the business and to fulfil your role.
