We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team at TwinRock Pte Ltd, a security agency dedicated to providing top-notch security solutions to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a deep understanding of the security industry, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Set sales goals and performance metrics to drive team success.
- Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed company targets.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing to align sales initiatives with promotional campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Identify client needs and customize security solutions to meet those needs effectively.
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations of our security services and products.
- Monitor sales team performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Qualifications:
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role, ideally within the security industry.
- Strong understanding of security services and market dynamics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel as necessary to meet clients. Transport Provided (Class 3 Licence Preferred)

- Present and demonstrate our security solutions, tailoring offerings to meet specific client needs.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales manager to execute sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Participate in team meetings to share insights and strategies to enhance sales performance.
- Provide feedback on market conditions and customer preferences to improve service offerings.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and forecasts for management review.
- Qualifications:
- Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in sales, preferably within the security industry or related services.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
