Service Co-ordinator - Choa Chu Kang

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth workshop operations? We are looking for a dedicated Service Coordinator to join our team and play a pivotal role in supporting our Aftersales Service Department.

• Coordinate daily with Service Advisors and Workshop Controllers/Supervisors to manage workshop throughput and capacity (KPI-driven).
• Answer phone calls and attend to walk-in customer enquiries, ensuring all interactions meet Porsche’s high standards of professionalism and service.
• Follow up on missed calls to ensure every customer receives timely and professional attention.
• Respond to email and WhatsApp enquiries, ensuring all are attended to within the same working day (KPI-driven).
• Prepare daily customer appointment sheets for Service Advisors and Workshop Controllers/Supervisors, and ensure timely communication with relevant departments.
• Collect payments from customers for repair bills and spare parts purchases, adhering to company policy.
• Arrange pick-up and delivery services, including valet and flatbed, upon customer or management request.
• Undertake additional duties and projects as assigned by management to support the success of the company.

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience in customer service, automotive service coordination, or a related field is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
• A positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Singaporeans and Singapore Permanent Residents are preferred.
