Ensure all incoming materials (flagged for inspection) are verified and inspected.

Verify Supplier’s First Article Inspection Report (FAIR) and inspect First Articles as per Customer requirements.
Sign-off FAI Cover Sheet, attached and upload Supplier’s FAIR into AGILE upon completion of FA inspection and FAIR review timely.
Release parts in “Receiving Transaction” in ORACLE upon completion of part inspection (For both FAI-flagged and Receiving Inspection-flagged).
Conduct purge and containment activities of WIP or inventory for potential or observed nonconformance trends.
Attend and support bi-weekly MRB meetings on NCR verification, investigation, containment and purging.
Inspect and review RMA NC parts returned from Supplier and update information into AGILE.
Responsible for working with vendors to make sure all the equipment and effective tools are updated for calibration purpose and ordering the necessary parts for a repair.
Responsible for routine and scheduled preventative maintenance and calibration of existing and new Testing, Measuring and Monitoring Equipment (TMME).
Work with Quality Coordinator on a day-to-day activities.
Any other duties as assigned by Quality Engineers and Quality Manager.
