QC Inspector/Technician

Responsibilities:

• Inspection of Precision machined parts, Fabrication parts, Spray painting parts and Assemblies.
• Ensure all inspection reports are accurate and supporting documents are updated
• Ensure only calibrated and validated equipment/measurement devices are used in inspection processes
• Report any non-conformance detected during the inspection process
• Support QC Source Inspection

Requirements:

• Ability to interpret technical drawings
• Good knowledge of measurement equipment such as Vernier Calipers, Micrometer, Optical Measuring Machine, CMM and etc
• Preferably with some experience specialized in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalents
• Knowledge of GD&T, able to operate CMM will be an advantage.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the Precision Manufacturing/Fabrication environment is required
• Experience in Aerospace will be more advantage
• Good communication and strong interpersonal skills
• Willing to work for Overtime
