Join Our Team as a Lodgings Operations Executive!
Are you a meticulous and process-oriented professional with a knack for managing multiple projects simultaneously? We have the perfect opportunity for you!- Manage Lodging Operations: Oversee daily operations for HDB units and service apartments.
- Tenant Management: Handle new tenant briefings, manage tenant exits, and address housing issues.
- Maintenance Coordination: Arrange repairs and cleaning services with contractors.
- Data Management: Update tenant information in the system and register with HDB.
- Landlord Liaison: Communicate with landlords about unit issues and reimbursements.
- Air-Con Servicing: Coordinate and ensure completion of air-con servicing.
- Urgent Requests: Assist with urgent housing requests.
- Vehicle Management: Ensure van is logged in and out of the driver portal.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects.
- Preferably with real estate experience.
- Class 3 Driving License.
Additional Information:
- 12 months contract
- Salary up to $2,900
- Company van is provided but must be parked at the office after work.
- 5-day work week (weekends as needed).
