Job Description:
- Bridge the gap between IT and business using data analytics to assess processes and determine requirements and deliver recommendations to stakeholders
- Support in the development, testing and follow up on implementation of electronic workflows to improve work efficiency, transparency and traceability
- Collaborate with various departments to perform detailed functional analysis of business requirements, outline problems, opportunities and propose solutions for business
- Design, develop, and implement automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate
- Create and maintain interactive BI dashboards using tools such as Power BI to provide insights for decision-making
- Prepare and coordinate testing activities including execution of test cases, analyze test results & log defects tracking during user acceptance test as well as support post Go-Live activities
- Prepare documentation, stakeholder presentations, training and project tracking activities
- Assist in troubleshooting and identifying process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions
Job Requirements:
- Degree in any relevant discipline
- 1 to 4 years of relevant data analysis/business analysis experience
- Proficient in Power Automate and Power Apps
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools
- Salary ranges between S$4,000 to S$6,000 per month
