Mechanical Design Engineer (Automation)

We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and developing mechanical systems to automate manufacturing processes and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and develop mechanical design solutions for process automation.
• Collaborate closely with production, and quality teams to implement practical and effective engineering solutions.
• Prepare detailed 3D models, 2D drawings, and documentation for manufacturing and assembly.
• Integrate mechanical systems with automation controls; knowledge of PLCs is an advantage.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes through innovative engineering solutions.

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in mechanical design, preferably in process automation.
• Proficient in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks).
• Experience with automation systems and basic knowledge of PLCs is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Fresh graduates with relevant academic background are welcome to apply.

• Working Hours : 8.15am to 5.30pm (Mon-Fri)
• Location : Changi North
• Company Bus : Pick up at Ang Mo Kio, Yishun, Hougang, Punggol, Pasir Ris, Bedok, Tampines MRT/Interchanges
