Retail Assistant (DIY Gift Store)
We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our team! If you love art, creativity, and helping customers bring their designs to life, this is the perfect role for you. As a Retail Assistant, you will be at the heart of our customer experience, assisting shoppers with their purchases and ensuring high-quality printing of their customized artwork on our products.
Responsibilities
✅ Welcome and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude✅ Train & manage retail operational staff
✅ Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues efficiently
✅ Print customer-designed artwork onto merchandise (Training provided!)
✅ Operate the cash register, process payments, and manage transactions accurately
✅ Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing
Requirements- Retail or customer service experience is a plus (but not required!)
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Basic computer skills for operating POS systems
- Flexibility to work 5.5 days per week, including weekends and holidays
