Legal Consultant - Financial services / Payments / Fintech Regulatory lawyer
We are currently looking for Legal professionals within Financial Services Regulatory /Payment, Fintech Regulatory experience to work with our Fortune 500 clients in Singapore!
Minimum Qualifications:
- Qualified lawyer with 3-10(+) years PQE with Financial Service Regulatory experience, e.g. financial services, payments, or fintech regulatory matters (in-house or private practice).
- Immediate or short‑notice availability is advantageous.
Responsibilities:
- Provide advice on financial services and payments regulatory matters to support business teams across the region.
- Monitor and interpret regulatory developments, highlighting risks and opportunities and helping to shape business and product strategy.
- Partner with cross-functional teams on new initiatives, market expansion and licensing-related projects.
- Coordinate and manage external counsel and support engagement with regulators and industry bodies, including key submissions and filing.
