Technical Support Engineer (RMA)- SINGAPOREAN ONLY - Jurong East

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently collect and deliver failure units from customer sites as per schedule and operational requirements.
• Provide initial troubleshooting support to diagnose issues on site and take necessary actions to resolve or escalate problems.
• Maintain accurate records of assets and inventory, ensuring availability and readiness for customer deployments.
• Ensure all equipment is properly configured, tested, and compliant with operational standards prior to customer milk runs.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and compliance with company policies and procedures during all operational activities.
• Complete necessary documentation and reports related to equipment collection, troubleshooting activities, and inventory management.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in IT, Engineering, or related field.
• Previous experience in logistics, technical support, or field service roles preferred.
• Basic understanding of hardware components and troubleshooting techniques. Familiarity with testing procedures and equipment preparation.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with customers and internal teams.
• Ability to quickly analyze problems and take appropriate action to resolve issues.
• Capable of working collaboratively within a team environment and independently when required.
• Valid class 3(A) license and clean driving record required.
