What you'll be doing?- Multi-Subsidiary Oversight: Oversee full set accounts for Singapore and Vietnam subsidiaries, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance across all entities.
- Cost Analysis Leadership: Review and analyze product costing reports for manufacturing plants to support strategic pricing and operational decisions.
- Transfer Pricing Management: Manage policies and prepare documentation between Singapore and other Asia manufacturing plants for compliance and optimization.
- Audit & Tax Coordination: Liaise with external auditors and tax agents on subsidiary matters, including strategic tax planning to maximize savings.
- GST Compliance: Handle filing processes and collaborate with consultants for MES renewal to ensure regulatory compliance and operational continuity.
- Accounts Payable Supervision: Oversee the AP function to ensure timely payments and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- ERP System Enhancement: Implement improvements to increase work efficiency and optimize financial processes.
- Team Leadership & Development: Supervise accounting staff and lead team members' skills and career progression.
- Financial Analysis: Provide strategic insights to support management decision-making and business planning.
- Regional Coordination: Travel within Southeast Asia to support subsidiary operations and ensure consistent accounting practices (up to 25% of the time).
- Educational Background: Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field to provide a strong foundation in financial principles.
- Professional Certification: Qualified CPA certification demonstrating advanced accounting expertise.
- Industry Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in manufacturing, understanding sector-specific requirements.
- Leadership Skills: Proven management experience with ability to lead and develop accounting teams effectively.
- Communication Excellence: Outstanding team player with exceptional communication and negotiating skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, standards, and best practices.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Analytical Abilities: Excellent problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail for complex financial analysis.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and external stakeholders.
- Travel Flexibility: Ability to travel within Southeast Asia up to 25% of the time to support regional operations.
- Multi-Subsidiary Knowledge: Experience managing accounting operations across multiple entities and jurisdictions is highly advantageous.

- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.15am to 5.15pm
- Office Location: Bedok Industrial Estate, Singapore
- Salary: $6000 - $7000
