Senior Business Intelligence Manager, Business Efficiency - Bukit Merah

Job Description:

Data Analysis:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret quantitative data related to ROI

Utilize statistical methods and analytical tools to assess business efficiency.

Financial Modeling:

• Conduct cost-benefit analysis and feasibility studies to influence decision-making.

Reporting:

• Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations outlining analysis results, trends, and insights for stakeholders.
• Regularly present findings to management and provide actionable recommendations.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, marketing, and operations, to gather relevant data and insights.
• Collaborate with project managers to evaluate the impact of initiatives on business performance.

Incentive plan building and optimization:

• Work with cross team to build and optimize internal incentive plan to support business management.

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in business analysis, financial analysis, or ROI assessment.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel, SQL) and financial modeling software.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking and cross-team collaboration.
