Executive Director - Toa Payoh

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Executive Director to join our expanding team. This role is perfect for a self-motivated professional and a deep passion for wealth management. You will be entrusted with delivering tailored investment solutions to high-net-worth individuals while maintaining and nurturing client relationships with the utmost discretion and professionalism.

• An established network of HNWI/ UHNW clientele with ability to enhance client asset size over time.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, provide them with solutions.

• Build, establish and grow Client Relationships
• Utilize your network and industry insights to expand client base.
• Have a plan to develop the client book with measurable outcomes
• You will be responsible for achieving annual revenue targets and objectives.

• Take a strategic view of your clients investments, aligning their portfolios with their risk profiles, goals, and market conditions.
• Providing market updates and modification of client positions due to changes in market conditions

• Ensure all client interactions and transactions comply with regulatory requirements and the bank's internal policies.
• Monitor and manage the risk profile of clients portfolios, adhering to risk management guidelines

• Understands the core concepts, principles, processes or procedures of Wealth Management and Banking
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build strong client networks, with an entrepreneurial mind-set
• Must be familiar with the Singapore regulatory framework with proven ability to navigate in fast paced environment
• Professional certifications (CFA, CFP, CPWA) are advantageous
• Strong ethical standards and commitment to client confidentiality.
