Client Service Administrator - Bukit Merah

RecruitFirst is hiring! We are looking for passionate and energetic talents as a Client Service Administrator to join my client in the Retail Industry !

• Providing support to the customer service platform by preparing cost estimates and submission of further request or appeals to the Customer Service Headquarters
• Collaborate closely with Boutique teams to manage daily Repair Orders, ensuring timely sharing of relevant information, status updates, and proactive follow-up on sensitive or high-priority cases
• Partner with the Customer Service Manager to maintain open communication, offering feedback, suggestions, and initiatives aimed at enhancing client service and overall satisfaction
• Organize, track, and maintain all administrative documentation related to Repair Orders and Customer Service stock and tools, including sales records, transfers, and orders
• Any other Ad-hoc duties as assigned

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge on Watchmaking is a plus
• Prior Customer Service /Retail/Call Centre experience preferred
• Singaporeans only
