Site Sales & Project Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Site Sales & Project Coordinator to support our growing flooring business. This role involves site measurements, project coordination, quotation preparation, customer consultation and installation scheduling.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered smoothly from enquiry through completion while providing excellent service to homeowners, interior designers and contractors.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy both site work and customer interaction and are looking to build a long-term career in the renovation and interior industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site visits for measurements and site assessments
• Evaluate existing floor conditions and identify potential installation challenges
• Prepare site sketches, measurements and project requirements
• Advise customers on flooring solutions and site preparation requirements

• Prepare and follow up on quotations
• Assist customers in selecting suitable flooring products and accessories
• Build and maintain relationships with homeowners, interior designers and contractors
• Follow up on enquiries and sales opportunities

• Schedule deliveries and installation works
• Coordinate with installers, warehouse team and customers
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion
• Resolve site-related issues and provide project updates

• Ensure materials and accessories are prepared before project commencement
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records
• Assist with inventory coordination when required
• Support management in daily operational activities

• Possess own transport and willing to travel to project sites across Singapore
• Minimum 2 years of experience in renovation, flooring, interior design, construction or related industries
• Able to perform site measurements and basic quantity calculations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organisational and coordination abilities
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills

• Experience in flooring, interior renovation or construction industry
• Familiarity with reading floor plans and drawings
• Experience preparing quotations and project costing
• Knowledge of project scheduling and site coordination
