Business Analyst

Our esteemed client in the IT industry is seeking a Business Analyst to join their dynamic team:

• Employment Type: 1-year renewable contract
• Position: Business Analyst
• Location: Central (Nearest MRT: Clarke Quay / City Hall)
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm
• Salary Package: Up to $7,600 + Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

• Drive product outcomes by delivering data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Perform market analysis to identify problem areas and potential opportunities.
• Review existing solutions to uncover gaps, synergies, or areas for improvement.
• Conduct user research and interviews to support problem definition and solution development.
• Establish success metrics, track performance, and develop dashboards for monitoring.
• Analyze post-launch results to identify improvements and optimization opportunities.
• Assess the impact of proposed changes and evaluate resource requirements accordingly.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum a Diploma in Computer Science, Business or related discipline with at least 4 years of relevant working experience.
• Preferably have hands-on experience with configuration in ServiceNow, or be willing to take on hands-on responsibilities involving configuration of SaaS/COTS platforms (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Experience working end-to-end with product or project teams in delivering solutions.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities effectively.
