about the job. You will lead regional infrastructure operations to ensure high availability and performance across multiple international hubs.- Manage day-to-day operations for servers, networks, and data center environments.
- Lead the implementation of hybrid and cloud infrastructure strategies across regional offices.
- Act as the technical escalation point for troubleshooting complex system and connectivity issues.
- Oversee disaster recovery readiness, capacity planning, and routine system patching.
- Collaborate with external managed service providers to ensure adherence to service level agreements.
- At least 10 years of technical experience in infrastructure management and operations.
- Valid CCNA certification is mandatory for this position.
- Experience managing hybrid environments and implementing cloud-based solutions.
- Proven ability to provide technical mentorship and support to distributed regional teams
