Full Time Barista

• Craft and serve a diverse range of specialty coffee beverages, including v60 and espresso with precision and consistency.
• Prepare and serve high quality matcha beverages, such as matcha lattes and usucha, using traditional Japanese methods and techniques.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of coffee and matcha origins, flavour profiles, and brewing parameters, and share your knowledge with customers to enhance their drinking experience.
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace, including coffee equipment, serving areas, and storage areas, in accordance with food safety standards.
• Responsible for the day-to-day operations.

• 5 day work week
• Availability on at least 1 weekend
• Proficient in English
• Proactive, with a strong bias toward action
• Able to multitask and thrive in a fast paced environment

• Full Time: Salary from $2,700
