We are expanding our scale of operations and we look forward to welcoming a Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of transforming battery recycling processes.
Responsibilities- Identify and engage potential partners, including battery manufacturers, recyclers, lithium battery asset owners such as energy storage companies, and industrial users.
- Support negotiations and close commercial agreements that align with our recycling goals.
- Define and execute sales strategy to secure supply streams and customers for recycled battery materials.
- Analyze trends in battery production, end-of-life battery management, and energy storage applications.
- Build a detailed map of key stakeholders, regulatory developments, and competitive landscapes for decision making.
- Develop and refine our go-to-market strategy for different regions and customer segments.
- Represent NEU Battery Materials at conferences, trade shows, and industry events.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years experience in business development or sales, with a strong preference for relevant industry experience
- Self-driven, independent, and resourceful
- Effective team player with good communication and presentation skills
- Possess good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent command of English
