Sales Manager - Food Service

Lead and grow the food service channel by managing distributor partners and internal sales team, and actively engaging with the F&B community to strengthen Lee Kum Kee’s reputation and image in the food service sector.

Job description
  • Develop and implement the annual operating plan for food service channel aligned with company goals, working with internal sales team and distributor partners to achieve the goals.
  • Drive market penetration across key segments including restaurants, caterers, hotels, and central kitchens.
  • Represent the company in key F&B industry events, forums, and associations to strengthen relationships and industry presence.
  • Build strong rapport with chefs, operators, culinary groups, and trade partners to promote product usage and loyalty.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to support go-to-market activities, promotional planning, and customer solutions, as well as ensuring a clear understanding of the marketing objectives and New Product Development direction to further develop the channel segments.
  • Manage and grow key distributor relationships to ensure effective sales coverage and execution.
  • Collaborate with distributors in the planning and execution of sales and marketing activities including the control and monitor inventory levels, sales and distribution goals as well as new product launches.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing food service sales team.
Job specification
  • Degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of solid experience in FMCG food service sales, at least 2 years of experience in managerial position, preferably from leading MNC environment.
  • Experience in Distributor and team management.
  • Well-networked within the local F&B or HORECA industry is an advantage.
  • Aggressive, result oriented and with high personal drive to succeed.
  • Strong planning, negotiation, relationship building, analytical and leadership skills.
  • Confident, collaborative and highly adaptable to a dynamic market environment.
  • Able to converse well in English and Mandarin.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point).
