International Travel Manager/ Travel Planner (International Travel Agency) - Toa Payoh

Responsibilities:

• Delivering exceptional service to our VIP clients, supporting executive leadership, and maintaining premium standards across all client and partner touchpoints
• Manage and coordinate all aspects of complex international travel bookings, including flights, hotels, transfers, and private arrangements
• Negotiate directly with high-end suppliers to ensure best-in-class service and pricing
• Deliver VIP concierge service and liaise with hospitality partners to ensure flawless execution
• Create, structure, and manage bespoke itineraries tailored to client preferences and expectations
• Handle additional trip-related logistics arrangement including restaurant reservations, travel activities, and special requests and recommendation
• Provide comprehensive executive support to company leadership, including client meeting coordination and day-to-day administrative tasks
• Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Business Management, Hospitality and Tourism, or related field
• At least 8 - 10 years of experience in travel management or executive concierge, preferably with luxury travel or hospitality industry
• Prior experience in handling complex travel arrangement and coordination will be ideal
• Candidates with prior experience as Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant supporting C-suite executives can also be considered
