We are looking for a high-caliber Senior Project Manager or Interior Fit-Out Lead to take full ownership of a complex, high-quality hospitality interior renovation project. You will report directly to the leadership team and be responsible for coordinating and delivering all works from start to handover.
Role Details:
- Title: Senior Project Manager – Interior Fit-Out
- Type: Contract Role, 3–6 Months
- Start: Immediate
- Location: Singapore (on-site presence required)
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee all aspects of interior renovation: public zones, guest areas, and back-of-house
- Coordinate execution across designers, subcontractors, suppliers, and technical consultants
- Track progress, manage schedule, scope changes, and ensure quality control
- Conduct daily site walkthroughs and report weekly to ownership
- Ensure compliance with safety and design specifications
Ideal Profile:
- 8+ years of experience in interior fit-out or hospitality renovation project management
- Strong ability to coordinate across multiple workstreams and disciplines
- Experience managing technical vendors, design revisions, and construction sequencing
- Hands-on leadership style with strong follow-through and communication
- Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus
- Must be Singapore-based with full on-site availability
