Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee marine and offshore projects involving electrical systems, piping module fabrication, and vessel-related works in Singapore. The candidate will be responsible for project execution, manpower coordination, fabrication supervision, installation activities, reporting, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise Electrical & Piping Module Fabrication and Vessel projects
Supervise fabrication, installation, and commissioning activities at site
Coordinate with Site Supervisors, workers, subcontractors, and clients on project progress matters
Monitor project schedules, manpower allocation, productivity, and cost control
Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and marine industry standards
Prepare weekly and monthly project reports including KPI & KRA reports
Attend project meetings and resolve operational and technical issues
Ensure projects are completed within timeline, budget, and quality requirements
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline
Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in marine/offshore project management
Hands-on experience in Electrical & Piping Module Fabrication and Vessel projects
Experience supervising fabrication and installation activities in shipyard or offshore environments
Strong knowledge of marine safety practices and project coordination
Ability to manage subcontractors, site teams, and project documentation
Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management/reporting tools
