We are seeking a part-time administration assistant to support packing, filing, scanning, and promotional activities at pet events.
Responsibilities- Pack parcels accurately for e-commerce platforms such as Shopee and Lazada to ensure timely delivery
- File invoices systematically to maintain organized financial records
- Scan documents efficiently to support digital record keeping
- Assist as a promoter at pet events and exhibitions to engage customers and support brand presence
Location in Toa Payoh, around 4 to 8 hours a week. For exhibition, working hours will be longer for 2 to 3 days.
