Senior AU Performance Marketing Specialist
We’re rethinking homes for how people really live, and we’re looking for a Senior Specialist, Performance Marketing (Australia) to join our Growth & Intelligence team to help shape the future of living—one thoughtful detail at a time.
From strategy to storytelling, Marketing powers brand and business growth at Castlery.
What you'll be doing:
- Manage ad campaign creation, management, reporting and optimisation across key channels – e.g. Google, Meta, Pinterest, Bing etc.
- Execute and optimize performance marketing channels to achieve key metrics such as ROAS and revenue.
- Analyze channel performance, identify gaps, and provide actionable, data-driven recommendations.
- Support key projects within the Operations Planning (OP) function.
- Assist with daily and weekly performance reporting and monitoring.
- Contribute insights and initiatives to continuously improve channel performance.
What you need to succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Paid Media, or Data Analytics roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for data-driven decision making; familiarity with Google Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills, proactive and eager to take on new projects.
