Sembawang - Marketing coordinator

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our company. This position supports execution and coordination of marketing campaigns with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to execute online and offline brand marketing and sales promotional campaigns.
• Handle campaign performance and feedback review, budget tracking, media advertising schedule and placement with agencies.
• Manage social media channels, pushed content (posts + videos) and schedule, EDMs via email/mobile marketing and online enquiries.
• Prepare product listings and gather information for development of campaign content.
• Execute marketing events by working closely with vendors, partners, and production teams.
• Act as liaison with media and public relations agencies on campaign content follow-ups.
• Carry out other relevant tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate with Polytechnic Diploma in Marketing Communications, Marketing or a related field.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving: Able to analyse data sets to identify key trends and insights.
• Communication and Interpersonal: enabling clear and persuasive interactions with colleagues, clients. Build and maintain professional relationships, fostering collaboration and teamwork.
• Technical Proficiency: Microsoft Office Suite, Google, Enterprise Data System, Social Media Channels/Apps, Multi Media
• Industry Passion: Committed to personal and professional growth within the industry, seeking opportunities to expand knowledge and expertise.

Additional Informations:

• Work location at Sungei Kadut area
• 5 day work week (8am to 5.30pm)
• Transport provided to & fro at Yew Tee MRT.
